Kopi luwak coffee is noticeably not bitter. It is intensely fragrant and have a complex taste profile. Every little thing that is incorrect about standard coffee is right in this. The Humbang Cooperative's principal organization is promoting typical coffee at the local market place but they also make a modest quantity of kopi luwak each and every harvest. We lower out levels of middlemen by bringing it right from Indonesia - so we are ready to provide this coffee at 50 percent of the market place price. The farmers of Humbang Cooperative are generational smallholder farmers, and true shepherd of their land. Their procedures are completely sustainable and for their Kopi Luwak coffee beans, the farmers do not arrive in make contact with with the animal at all. The wild civet cats are quite challenging to spot and only arrive out at night. If you have any questions or considerations on how these berries are gathered, we are satisfied to share photographs, certifications and audits as well as link you with the chief of the coop, Gani Silaban. The coop also extends a heat welcome to all of you coffee connoisseurs to check out their plantation to see for yourself. :) Have a flavor at the world's most pricey coffee, a creation that was awarded the Nobel prize and pointed out in the movie "The Bucket Record". Our proceeds go towards training and vocational education for the men and women of Lintong Nihuta - Humbang Hasundutan - North Sumatra, Indonesia.
