Our Maya Chiapas Coffee is an Exotic Coffee consisting of the Most Superb Mexico's High Altitude Grown Arabica Coffee: Strictly High Grown Coffee (more than 1600 mamsl).
It is Typically Grown in Shade in the Fertile Volcanic Maya Mountains of the Triunfo's Biosphere Reserve in Chiapas - Mexico, next to Guatemala.
Our coffee plantations do not pollute the atmosphere nor hurt the ecosystem our coffee crops increase beneath tall trees of the tropical rainforest. They are developed usually and demand a sustainable crop rotation.

Coffee Processed?

Our Gourmet Arabica Coffee Beans are picked independently by hand and stick to a wet and solar-dried process. Our Speciality Coffee is then Roasted in Little Batches.
